SECTION 15 - PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Prices for our product are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted ex tax. Price includes hand or forklift unload on pallets.
The price may exclude shipping, this will be applied based on your postcode and the size of your order and calculated before your order is processed.
Standard payment terms are 7 days.
SECTION 16 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICE
Certain products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Service to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 17 - DELIVERY
You shall be responsible for providing correct delivery details and for making all necessary delivery arrangements.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage, including consequential loss or damage, arising from delay in delivery or failure to deliver goods, either whole or in part, due to circumstances beyond our control.
Our obligation to deliver shall be discharged on arrival of the goods at your nominated delivery destination, nominated agent or carrier or the address appearing on the invoice.
You shall inspect the goods upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours of any defects, short deliveries or any failure to fulfil any order.
SECTION 18 - RETENTION OF TITLE
Property in all the goods supplied shall remain vested in Who Gives A Crap and shall not pass to you until all monies owing to us by you together with all collection, repossession and/or legal costs incurred, have been paid in full.
We may demand at any time until title has passed to you that you return the goods or any part of them. In the event that you default in payment of any monies owing, we and our employees or agents shall have the right to enter without notice upon your premises or any other premises where the goods are known to be stored, to repossess the goods and for this purpose, you shall grant reasonable access rights and we and our employees or agent shall be entitled to do all things required to secure repossession.
SECTION 19 - RISK
Notwithstanding the Retention of Title provisions, the risk in goods purchased shall pass to you upon delivery to you or your agent or carrier nominated by you.
